I was on a quest to find someplace where I could make my own ring tones and download them for free. I found all kinds of crap, most of which requiring you to sign up for free then the fine print states you will be charges X amount of $s monthly... :P I am one of those people who thinks FREE should actually mean FREE. You only pay for the download fee, as long as your phone is compatible with their system (for example, my wireless carrier charges 25 cents per download of pictures or ring tones).
