The depression I expressed yesterday is getting worse. I am torn between talking to someone about it and just letting it run it's course to whatever end there might be.

I haven't posted here in years. I need to say something and I can't tell my friends or family. So I'm posting here. I am tired. Worn out. Broken mentally and emotionally. I have no hope and can see no future for myself. I'm not actively suicidal, I simply don't want to wake up anymore. Just die in my sleep. I feel like there's nothing left for me. Ok. I said it.
